Welcome to the home of author Tricia Goyer in Little Rock, Arkansas. Sit down with a cup of tea and hear about how this ordinary mom discovered a story worthy of a novel, launching her career. In 2000, Tricia was on vacation with two friends when she found herself at Mauthausen concentration camp. It’s there she heard about 23 American GIs who liberated the camp. She also heard about the Nazi officer’s wife who was the first civilian into the camp caring for the prisoners. In the years following, Tricia interviewed citizens of St. Georgen, American liberators, and former prisoners. She’ll share original photos of the concentration camp given to her by liberators and quotes from her interviews. She’ll also tell about how she was able to help reunite a Jewish survivor with the American soldier who liberated her when she was an infant. Finally, Tricia will share tips for putting YOUR inspiring stories into fiction. Today Tricia is the USA Today bestselling author of 80+ books.

What a gifted writer, both from the perspective of the research she has done and the true stories about the Holocaust. Her introduction to herself, too, served as a nice welcome to her home. Well thought out and executed! Ready to learn more!
