We will learn what is meant by a “Mediterranean diet” and what exactly “tapas” are. See Olive oil, Jamón, chorizo, manchego cheese, razor-clams, olives, anchovies, Spanish omelet, exotic fruit, saffron, spices and nuts… Pepus will show us where he buys his food and in what dining places of the market, the vendors would snack or eat their lunch.
