About the tour

Let’s continue our previous online tour as Olena will take you to show two more neighbourhoods. Ukrainians and Greeks, Germans and Serbs, Jews and Armenians, Italians and Poles, Tatars and Hungarians, Scots and other ethnic groups turned the medieval Lviv into Babylon. The first Armenians arrived in Lviv in the 13th century and they still live here. Nowadays almost all the houses in Armenian street become the architectural monuments and carry traces of different architectural styles. You are welcome to see the modern art gallery, famous local cafe and church yard of the Armenian cathedral. Olena will show you the biggest Lviv church, the first one in the Eastern Europe built in early Baroque style. Then you will see St.Mary’s Cathedral, an almost unique example of Gothic architecture in Lviv And beautiful Boim’s family chapel of the 17th century. The only reminder of the old city cemetery. We hope you will like the ancient city of Lviv and you will be inspired one day to see those streets offline.
