This was too dark to see properly, a shame as Heather came over as a lovely person

All of Heather's trips are fun.   I would recommend all of them.   Copenhagen is a lovely city.

I enjoyed the tour but feel we could have started once we got to the main tourist area rather than a bare river trip with no interesting places.

puts dates  and anecdotes on each viewpoint

What a nice way to say goodbye to this rather grim year and full marks to Heather for her initiative in bringing the city to us when

Heather was very clear and gave good information. At some points I was worried about her safety as it seemed so dark and quiet and she was on her own. She had a lovely bubbly personality and I enjoyed the tour. All the best Heather. have a good Christmas and a healthy and happy 2021!

Loved Heather's holiday tour of Copenhagen.

I really enjoyed this tour. It was a great idea to take a boat trip so we could see the Copenhagen from a different perspective. Heather was good at finding beautiful spots for taking postcards. It was an informative, funny and interesting tour and Heather is trully an inspirational guide who has the ability to captivate the audience and give the virtual tour edge. I even loved the creative hat with xmas lights:-)

My 2nd tour... well done! I need an explanation about how to "chat" with the guide if necessary. I don't see a "chat" like on a Zoom program.

Heather has been a wonderful guide on previous tours and I look forward to touring with her again. This particular tour, however, was fraught with restarts due to her equipment. Additionally, she didn't seem as prepared as in past tours; she needed to run to catch a boat and it detracted from the experience. I believe today's tour was an isolated experience, which can happen to anyone. I will book a future tour and hope for Heather's typically wonderful presentation.

Thank you for your knowledge.  As the last bit was the best I would have preferred being there much longer and for you to stop in one place more for us to take photos. Also for you not to keep your finger in the pic so much again to be able to take pics. Hoping that can help your future guests.

My only complaint is 3 times during the short tour the video and sound cut out and had to wait briefly for her return.  When it returned, I missed what was said while it cut out so missed some info I wish I had heard.  Otherwise very enjoyable.  Heather had a great personality and was a great tour guide.

Liked the tour, but unfortunately it was so dark it was difficult to see the buildings and areas that you were speaking about. I am not sure if upgrading your camera would help. Your personality is easygoing and it was a joy to be along with you for your short tour....

Heather was very sweet and friendly. Very courageous too walking and talking in the cold...  It would be great for us to see Copenhagen in the daylight. Thank you very much for the experience.

Shame there were so few Christmas lights to see during the Cruise - maybe due to these awful times.  Also, sorry Heather- but that was a silly slip up forgetting your 'pass' - maybe you also had COVID brain,  as happens to me sometimes?  Better luck with streaming next time -  not one of the best Virtualtrips

An interesting tour with a guide who is clearly very knowledgeable. Like other people on the trip, I expected Copenhagen to look more festive and it was too dark to see much. Heather coped very well when it looked as though the boat for the cruise was being taken out of service!

Heather is wonderful, personable and enthusiastic. I found it somewhat hard to see because of the darkness. Wish trips could happen in the daylight. A bit annoying having her phone refresh and cut out every few minutes.

Clearly you've chosen your home of adoption well. I felt your enthusiasm in all the tours i've been on. Makes me want to get up and move there.

It was quite an adventure with Heather tonight and the Copenhagen lights were lovely.  She did a great job rescuing the tour when the boat seemed to change plans!  It was fun.  

I was sad with very little Christmas Lights---Govenment should had pushed everyone to turn on lights

I love Heather's dry sense of humour and her enthusiasm. Her descriptions helped us enjoy Copenhagen even on a pretty dark evening.

Heather is a lovely warm engaging guide and the tour was interesting. I would just suggest she slow down some of her camera panning as it was so fast at times I got dizzy.

She leaves no stone unturned in regards to her tours. It's evident she has absorbed much of the culture having lived there for many years. Can talk about food, architecture, customs, etc. Very generous with her time and talent

Heather herself is lovely and very knowledgeable. However, the tours have had many connection issues and there hasn't been much to see. The two Christmas tours really had nothing Christmasy at all.

Short walk around the longest shopping street and through the library gardens to the river where we picked up the river taxi and went under the various bridges to the end of the tour where there was an outdoor market. Heather was enthusiastic and informative and I enjoyed this tour very much.

Enjoyed the tour. Had hoped for more holiday lights. Fill in waiting times with historical information please. 

Nice but would have been better with more attention to quality of camera shots and less  ongoing conversation with and about the travel companion.
