About the tour
Come with me to visit one of London's chicest and most 'instagrammable' neighbourhoods which was immortalised in the 1990's romcom with Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant. As we wander around the area we shall see the book shop that inspired the one in the film and a few other movie locations too. Today Notting Hill is a very affluent district as well as being really diverse and multiethnic. Every year in August it holds one of the world's largest street parties -the Notting Hill Carnival. I used to go to school on Portobello Road in the 80s so I'll be the perfect guide to show you around my childhood neighbourhood and once restrictions are eased in London we'll be able to visit parts of this vibrant and colourful shabby chic flea market. This is a really leisurely stroll off-the-beaten path to explore this charming and delightful gem of West London. Join me, it'll be fun!

What to expect
Get ready for something special. We're travelling to London with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you'll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and an amazing guide.
The tour will last about 45 mins and will be live-streamed by your guide directly from London. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!
While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your guide and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.
Why are they tip-supported?
We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are free to book and join, but you have the option to tip the guide during the tour.
Leaving a tip will help support the guides and allow us to offer tours in more places around the world. If you aren't able to leave a tip, then it would be great if you can share the tour with friends and family to spread the word.

It was interesting to see all the lovely houses at the beginning of the tour, and to compare with those later in Portobello Road. Lovely area, not too touristy. Made me want to visit one day and watch the film Notting Hill again.
