Really good walk around old Reykjavik and down to the harbour. Albert was very informative with lots of local knowledge and he brought humour and personality to the event. I have booked more tours with Albert as a result of enjoying this one.

Somewhere we would like to visit so found it very informative as to what to do and see in Reykjavik. Good on the history of the town.  The sound was distorted at times because of the wind but not sure you can do much about that.

I'm sorry to say I had to leave the trip after 10 mins .       Albert seemed to be moving the camera quite jerkily and I'm afraid I  began to feel travel sick.     I'm sure Albert is a splendid  guide but I feel he needs work on camera technique

Having done a couple of other Virtual Trips, we didn't enjoy this one so much. It felt as though there was not so much content, the pace was rather slow, camera shots/control were less polished - overall less engaging and informative.

I’m sure this was a good tour but my laptop decided to crash not long into the trip. Nothing to do with Virtual Trips, it’s just been having trouble updating 

First virtual trip I’ve attended. Albert was very friendly, answered all the questions asked of him and I think he is a brilliant guide. It wouldn’t be a tour I would attend if I actually went to Iceland as I would be much more interested in seeing their natural, beautiful landscape but that’s more of a preference of mine as opposed to a reflection of the tour. Thank you Albert and all organisers, brilliant resource

The tour gave a good flavour if Reykjavik old and new.  Albert gave us lots of interesting information and it is definitely a place I want to explore further.

A lovely tour through Reykjavik.  I must admit my favorite moment was the pink-footed geese.  I enjoy Albert's tours because he is a man of few words but what he does say is relevant and interesting. Grea tour Albert. You were very knowledgeable and it was great hearing about some history of the town. 

I enjoyed re-visiting Reykjavik, but after about 12 years it seems as though there has  been quite a lot of new building. Plenty of information given. Unfortunately the sound was quiet but fine once I used my headphones. Interesting that there was no snow considering many parts of Europe (including Athens!) seem to have had heavy snow recently. Thanks for a good trip Albert.

A good trip to remind me of when I stayed there .  Would love you to do a trip over to Videy Island to take in the landscape and rock formations. I loved it there. Thank you

A very enjoyable and interesting tour. Other than reading a novel set in Iceland I had no preconceptions about my first tour to Reykjavik. The meshing of old and new in architecture has been very well done, at least from my perspective.  And the colour of the sky at the harbour was breathtaking. 

Not really a lot to see but Albert picked out some interesting points.

Just love Albert’s commentaries he is so interesting.  Love the places he visits
and plan to do the next two on Thursday.  Having done six so far with him makes we want to visit the beautiful country.   He gives the information concisely without too much waffle makes one listen with interest and you dont get bored

I loved this tour.  It gave me a picture of Iceland very different that I had imagined and I'm grateful for that.  We don't see much of Iceland and I for one had a distorted view.  Albert was interesting to listen to and informative.  Thank you Albert!

Interesting tour round the centre and harbour of Reykjavik. Albert has a dry sense of humour and showed us the old and new buildings and told us about the Government. I know it's cold there but try not to sniff and cough as the microphone amplifies everything! Look forward to more tours in Iceland.

I was rather disappointed in Albert’s tour. He wasn’t terribly informative and left lots of blanks, where he wasn’t talking at all. It didn’t help that he was sniffing badly all the time! He lacked information. Sorry! 

Interesting.  Nice to see a location I had never thought to visit.  Asked about the Aurora and Albert said he would try to schedule a tour where we could see this phenomenon!! Thank you Albert for being so accommodating.

Albert gave a good tour of his city. Some questions were missed and I wonder if he understood some of them. Looking forward to more. I am sure he will get  used to talking, holding the gimbal, looking at questions and showing sites - not an easy job. Camera work very good.

I really enjoyed this tour. Albert gave a good feel for his Iceland. After each tour I go to the internet to learn more. So it doesn't end after the tour. It's wonderful!
