Embark with Pepus on the discovery of the most famous Ave of Barcelona’s City Center From Catalunya Sq. we stroll down discovering and explaining sites, curiosities and stories on and around Las Ramblas The tour includes Canaletas Fountain, Virreina's Palace, Flower’s & Painters section, Boqueria Mk., Opera House, Miró’s mosaic, House of the dragon, elegant Royal Sq with early works of Gaudí and ending at the Old Harbor by the Mediterranean Sea, with the Port Authority Build., view Montjuïc Hill, and the iconic 200 ft. high Columbus Monument.

Josep

Born and raised in Barcelona, Josep, or "Pepus" as everyone calls him, is a licensed guide with more than 25 years of experience showing people around his incredible city. He takes pride in his extensive knowledge of the masterpieces of Antonio Gaudi, the most outstanding architect of our time whose works include the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera to name a few. He has hosted many distinguished guests, including the first man that stepped on the moon, foreign dignitaries, celebrities, actors, and 1000s of other visitors around his city. Pepus is your man if you want to get under the skin of Barcelona and discover the culture and history oozing from every street.

What to expect

Get ready for something special. We're travelling to Barcelona with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you'll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and amazing guide.

The tour will last about 45 mins and will be live-streamed by your guide directly from Barcelona. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!

While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your guide and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.


Why are they tip-supported?

We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are free to book and join, but you have the option to tip the guide during the tour.

Leaving a tip will help support the guides and allow us to offer tours in more places around the world. If you aren't able to leave a tip, then it would be great if you can share the tour with friends and family to spread the word.

Hi, Joseph. It was an excellent very nice run, I love your information and it showed very well on my 32" HD screen, the sound was also good. Note: I had also a glimpse of the tour at New York and did not like it because the resolution was very poor. I know that you guys are updating your equipment to 720, personally I do not think this is enough because many people have their big screen TV hooked to the computer to watch videos and shows and 720 is not enogh resolution.

Lovely walk down La Rambla to the sea. Please hold the camera still for a few seconds when looking around, it helps us take photos. When the camera moves continuously, even if slowly, the photos come out blurred.
