The town is a bit boring so the main interest was the stories about the ghosts.

Ian, that was such an interesting trip. Our son's pal is manager at the Trocadero, so he's going to have to ask him about the ghosts. When our son was a student in Birmingham he had a room in the old Children's Hospital on Bath Row. His room was in the basement, which he said was once the morgue, and that was allegedly haunted. I don't think he ever saw anything though!

What can I say that I haven't said before about Ian's tours?  They're all very informative and very interesting.  

Ian is an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable  and  is familiar with a wide range of areas and topics which inform his yours. This wasn’t my first trip and it isn’t the last , I’m heading off to the canals next week and definitely looking out for the Bourneville tour! 

A fascinating tour around my adopted city with stories of hauntings.  I knew many of the places but not their history so two bites of the cherry so to speak.  I am sure there are others having heard of several myself.  Thank you

Ian's tours are always well researched, so even though I did not particularly want to see this tour I attended  because of his research. He gave us some excellent night time shots of Brum, and a churchyard where my ancestors were buried, so it was well worth attending.

I do not mean to sound harsh.  I am probably judging the entire virtual tour rather than Ian's t our quide capabilities.   I probably need to adjust my expectations of a virtual tour vs a real time tour.  I loved all your information about the history, dates, stories, and people involved .  I dislike the fact the visual doesn't linger long enough.  I actually hated having my chat on.  I will not do that again.  People seemed freer to make ridiculous comments in virtual rather than in real-time tours.  I realize you do not control that.  I will try one more tour with the chat off.  Thank you for your time and  with having shared your knowledge.

Ian is one of the best guides on Virtual tours.  He doesn’t lecture but he still manages to pass on his considerable knowledge in an interesting and enjoyable way. He is such an exceptional guide, I wouldn’t have been too surprised if he had conjured up a ghost!!

A wonderful evening of nostalgia having worked in the city for 12 years. I used to know every inch of the Temple Row area but there has been so much rebuilding I have to think hard to place myself.When ian took us to St Philips Cathedral I remembers going to work from Edgbaston on my Vespa and parking it with other scooters in the churchyard! Imagine that now! The Bank he showed us , in my time,was the Bank of England and I used to pay in our money. I worked for the Civil Service and the B of E were the bankers!!! Times change! Thank you Ian.
