Born in Skopje in the last century, Zoran is a licensed local tour guide and a former high school teacher from Skopje, with years of experience in guiding. Five years ago he founded Free Skopje Walking Tours in order to give the local perspective of the city to its visitors. He loves his hometown with all his heart, which can be seen through the passion with which he guides the tours. Due to his contribution in 2018 and 2019, the Government of the Republic of Macedonia awarded him with the award "Best Tourist Guide in Macedonia". His tours are also highly recommended by his guests. Their reviews in a very short period of time, made his Free Skopje Walking Tours the best ranked tour in Skopje on TripAdvisor. What to expect

Get ready for something special. We're travelling to Skopje with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you'll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and amazing guide.

The tour will last about 45 mins and will be live-streamed by your guide directly from Skopje. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!

While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your guide and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.


Why are they tip-supported?

We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are free to book and join, but you have the option to tip the guide during the tour.
